She gave good honest price feedback and kept us up to date with buyer interest and expectation. Very hard working young woman.

We first met Teide at an open home and while the home didn't suit us we left her our details on what we were looking for and asked her to keep an eye out for a particular style of property. Several emails drivebys and open homes later Teide found us the perfect place. Unusual for us was the property was being marketed on a deadline sale basis. Not having any previous experience on this type of sale process, Teide walked us through all the ins and outs and the pros and cons so we understood clearly what was required. At no time did we feel pressured as Teide's experience took the stress out of the purchase for us. We are looking for another property at this time and Teide is hot on the trail again. I cant recommend her highly enough, her perseverance knowledge professionalism and people skills are exemplary. To give you some insight into her character my wife's mother passed away some months after our purchase and lo and behold on arriving home there were flowers on our doorstep from Teide that's the type of person she is. Thoughtful and compassionate and just a wonderful person, my wife and family truly wish her all the best for the future.

I met Teide at an open home, put an offer in...owners excepted it..only for it to fall through due to the builders report. Teide called me a few days later to apologize for the non sale and asked if she could help me find the right house. From that point on she went above and beyond and out of her way to help my kids and I find the right house. I lost count of the number of open homes we went to view and the couple of offers we put in. Teide is very professional passionate and determined at what she does. Shes a soldier who never gave up and motivated myself to keep going when I'd had enough and ready to throw in the towel. She did everything from finding the houses and making viewing appointments or meeting me at open homes and dealt with all the agents and paperwork. She finally found the right house for us and even helped close the sale with a few extra bonuses added on. She was more like our lawyer, financial advisor, negotiator and real-estate agent all in 1. She said from the start she wasn't going to quit till we bought the rìght house...a true to her word person with an awesome attitude and great personality. A peoples person always going out of her way. We couldn't thank her enough for all she did.

She helped my partner and I secure our first home when she was with RW, though a different agent has taken her role she still feels obliged and tries to provide continuous updates. Teide is really good at what she does and always carries positive attitude, which is important. We are happy to be getting continuous support from her. We wish her all the best!

I feel as though she has my best interests at heart and you can tell that she has a real passion for helping people find homes. She has an excellent knowledge of homes in the area and with the sale/purchase process. She has gone above and beyond in every way possible for me. She has been able to answer any questions and be there to support me through some tricky times in the buying process. I could not ask for more from her. I have recommended her to my own friends and family and would highly recommend her to anyone!

She was super helpful and went above and beyond with searching for suitable houses and answered questions at all times of the day. She had given us good advice and has been very helpful when we weren't sure. We felt she had our best interest and we really enjoyed getting to know her. We hope to deal with her again in the future!
