β β β β β Have attempted Barre Pilates at Bodywise- easy I thought- Iβm fit I thought. After one session my body told me differently. The session was so much fun and am keen for the next one. Instructor consistently correcting posture to ensure maximum benefits and no injury. Highly recommend It

Level and diversity of exercises which instructors provide are really professional and make muscles feel alive:). I enjoy Pillates at Bodywise. Thank you, Phoebe&team, great job!
