★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting customer service by the 'lady' who works there. I have never felt so unwelcome by someone in a customer service role. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My coat was actually cleaned well, but the 2 garments my mum dropped off were quite ruined.
