OR MAKE ME A NEW ONE. it's so sad to see this branch fail, maybe it's the staff you pick. I miss the OG staff that worked there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever does Uber eats orders at 12am - 4am needs to be fired ive ordered 4 times and every single time my order was wrong missing fries, burgers and sometimes a completely different order. Never thought you could actually be bad at fast food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anzac Day and they're parking up 4-5 cars on drive thru while there's no cars behind us. Shouldn't put someone who doesn't really understand customer orders properly or have an attitude when I asked for No ketchup and other things. Now they have the maintenance guy delivering parked orders and looking lost. Poor fella

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It feels like this place gets new employees monthly or even weekly. They forget orders, have bad hygiene and overall don't have proper management to sort out the cleanliness inside the store and out. Would be best to find another franchise apart from this to purchase especially in drive thru. There are a few genuine employees that go above and beyond with their service but it doesn't help that it seems like they're overworked.

I have previously ordered delivery a few times where they have given the wrong things.I ordered a filet of fish combo with extra tartar sauce as always, but tonight instead of tartar i got mayo. Tried the mayo and it taste odd like it could be close to the expiry date. Threw the burger and drink away, waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent $50 on food to be delivered after a long day at work for me and my partner. Order was placed at 6.30pm we received it at 8.30pm and this is how we received it. Tried calling but ofcourse no answer. Shame !!!
