β β β β β I arrived at a quiet drive thu, clearly told the member of staff my order and repeated it.
When i arrived back at my residence i opened the bag to find something that vaguely resembled the burger i had ordered absolutely drenched in some kind of sauce alongside my pathetic excuse for french fries which were droopy, limp and pretty much wet through.
This service was completely unacceptable considering i paid good money for this garbage and a member of staff is meant to check over these order as they bag them i am understably angry, hands down one of the worst McDonald's branches in the country.

β β β β β Wait was very long and a simple request for catsup took 3 requests and was finally met by another worker. Not good service, but, as usual the food was good. Also, my app did not work properly. Ugh. Not a good day at McDonald's.

β β β β β Heaps of eggshell, forgot my orange juice, took ages to order though I was asking for exactly what was featured on the display, then ages to receive my order. 2 separate drive through customers came in to report missing items from their orders while I waited for mine. The person who took my order was lovely, hence the second star.

β β β β β Seems to have changed ownership and all the staff have changed. Drive through used to be efficient and is now all over the place. Took them 10 minutes to bring hot chocolates after giving us food and they somehow made them with just milk and no chocolate. By then food was cold. They left items out of our order. The staff member taking orders is slow and doesn't listen so you have to repeat yourself multiple times.

β β β β β Stopped in here to grab a hot chocolate on the way to Friday night league at Richmond Rovers League Club. This McDonald's store is manic!!! Both the drive-through and in-store were over flowing. Real busy place. But worth the wait for the hot drinks. Cooler weather fast approaches Peeps. Stay warm out there and of course stay safe. ?

β β β β β I ordered a cheeseburger with no meat, and they didnβt even add any onions to the cheeseburger, and only one tiny pickle - if I am ordering without the meat.. the least they could do is add one of basic ingredients.
Chips had zero flavour or salt on them whatsoever - so they obviously forget or missed that. How can a meal that is so simple - be so difficult?

β β β β β the worst and terrible McDonald experience I have ever had. I still remember the first time when I ordered delivery food , some food didnβt find in the delivery bag. I didnβt make any complaints at that time. Today this situation happened again in the morning. Some food (2 bacon & egg muffin 1 hot cakesοΌnot in the delivery bag again. Why the food always disappear οΌ the cappuccino coffee taste so terribleοΌmusty smell. never ever order Mc again

β β β β β I went to this Mcdonalds in this morning around 7 am, and ordered M combo, also told them please give me the hot and fresh fries. There is not busy at all, only two cars and they ask me to park the car.
After I got food and almost drive to workplace, I found that fries is overnight fries and overcooked again in this morning. The fries totally un- eatable !
I have to drive back to them and that got me late for my work.
Please explain why they treat customers like this.
