★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really busy when we visited, there were a few items missing from our order. The staff were really polite and sorted everything with a smile despite being rushed off their feet. Amazing work guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet again MacDonald's Lower Hutt got it wrong. First time got a chicken burger with no chicken in it just a bun and lettuce, now tonight ordered the Serious Angus X 2 and just got a normal burger with lettuce and to top it all off, I had to go in and get the rest of my order as we had gone through the Drive through. Ordered a triple cheese burger and got a burger with a bit of cheese on it. I'm never going back there again. Below is the so called triple cheese burger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have my food at 12:45 am and went to pay and your eftpos went down. Waited a further 15 minutes for the payment system to come back 1:02am and realise that my food was probably going to be cold so I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let’s face it - making fast food isn’t rocket science. But these guys get my order wrong pretty much every time. I ask for no pickles and get pickles, no salt on the fries and always get salt. Idiots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Establishment was really dirty but there were plenty of vacant tables, so seating was hony to we easy... but we struggled to find a clean table in the end. Also my large fries were given to me at only approx. 75% full. I took it back and I got it back at 80% full. What the heck McDonald's! Like Seriously?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for lunch first we were charged twice on their machine without realising till we checked the bank statement, when I complained one of the staff were trying to refuse a refund even when it was clearly on their screen what we had paid for and when matching the bank statement, then they mess up the burgers and whinge when you want it replaced with what you paid for. Honestly the worst customer service and the mean girl aesthetic is on another level, if you don’t like your role in customer service get a new job.

Bad experienced today, while I walk in, the cleaner can see me through the glass door, instead he still sprayed on and I walk in the cleaning sprayed into my face. I wipe my face off with my hands and the cleaner not even border to have a look, ? what a morning????
