Wouldn't go back there again.

β β β β β Signs on all doors state that dine-in ends at 12:30am on Saturday/Sunday but all the doors were locked when I tried to enter at 12:05am and I enquired if they would let me in pointing out the hours posted on the doors and was told that it's drive in only.
Recommend a sign change.

β β β β β Ordered a take away Mccafe flat white and latte.
Both coffees were disgusting! They tasted bitter and burnt..
Took them back. No apologies. They just threw them in the bin and made another one, clearly with same machine as the 2nd ones were no better. Ended up tipping them out once we got home. What a waste of money!!!

β β β β β Can't rate really cos closed doors at 9pm Sat 14/5 we tried to go in at 9.05pm... cant drive my truck thru the drive in.. probably not enough staff due to covid?? Hopefully things will improve for staff numbers.

β β β β β I am totally frustrated with the lack of service at the Masterton Macdonald's. How hard is it to take an order and get it correct. A big Mac has 2 beef patties not 1 and when you order something that is not even in the bag how should the customer feel. I can tell you I am beyond annoyed and will not be coming back..... ever!!!!!. And I will tell anyone who will listen how poor the service and food is!!!

β β β β β Got a Takeaway Big Mac but it was cold. Returned to the store and was given a replacement. That too was cold. Manager disputed there was a problem as they said it had come of their production line. I asked her to test the burger so she could see this for herself that it was cold but she didnβt. She suggested microwaving it but instead they made a new one from scratch rather than off the production line, and the replacement was fresher looking, and this time it was warm. Noticed some previous recent reviews complaining about cold burgers too. No apology for the problems and hassle it caused and me having to return to the store twice and it ruined my lunch. Was made to feel like it was my problem. Need to treat customers better. The manager didnβt really seem to care.

β β β β β I went through the drive through as I was on my way to an appointment and hadn't had time for dinner.
I ordered a cheeseburger and small chips. I waited five minutes after ordering before getting my food.
The cheeseburger had no pickle, no onion and no mustard... just cold patty, cheese, a smudge of tomato sauce. I had to go in to the store to take it back (quicker than drive through). I took it in, got an apology. Waited more than 5 minutes for a replacement. Got to my car and looked... no mustard, no onion, cold patty, smudge of tom sauce, two slices of pickle cold cheese folder over itself. Really, really disappointing! Took around 25 minutes, two attempts and no real satisfactory product... and made me late!
