★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mean if I could then I would do no star.. long night at work an thought I'll give maccas a go.. yeah waste of my time an money! Was very rushed, Chips an nuggets were obviously sitting there for ages because they were old an dry. This is why I don't go there... at least you can't stuff up the water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through drivethrough today, girl at the counter made everything into a combo to 'make it cheaper' but didn't end up receiving the drinks that come with that combo? although looked like they were made and put under the counter? Most likely for the staff to sip on as I've seen 'unclaimed food' slipped under this area before ? most likely a scam so they can eat on shift whilst not paying for there own food. Not just that but I heard staff here in the past have had problems with theft of food so wouldn't be surprised. On top of all that asked for 10 chicken nuggets and didn't receive which is weird because when she repeated the order she said chicken nuggets. Must not have been eligible for all the combos she made up randomly lol. Just wanted the food I asked for, so in future don't make meals into combos because it honestly didn't benefit me and just made your job confusing hence why you missed out the chicken nuggets aye. Probably lost well over $100 here in the past from food not received. Always get a receipt from this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cant find McDonald’s as big as this place, it is clean and has wider tables, not crowded and quick service.. only thing is that the staff has to practice good customer service, smile especially the barista ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ couldnt work out how to use the mccafe coffee app and the till print out was of no use as you couldnt read it. the tape needed to be replaced. staff were busy and not able to be of help so just bought a latte and sat quietly. very interesting observing the large amount of high school kids buying their breakfast before school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my visit, staff were verbally bullied. As she tried to get the staff to go faster, she made mistakes with our order. We had 2 items missing. We caught another mistake made by her before we left.
We spent over $200 on our order and had missing items. I would have preferred that the staff were allowed to work at a steady pace and be able to fulfill our order correctly.
