Food-i wish I could give them more stars for that..Took my little family for lunch,they didn't have whole chicken available,asked for more options and were told could order thighs n wings..Wings were ok..Thighs a minus 2!! 4 thighs and just look at their portions..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the food is as good as usual. However, have to say that we were shocked by the poor customer service of the counter staff. We went there for dinner at 8ish pm on Monday(3rd, Jan 2022). Came in and the staff didn't even bother to greet us but showed attitudes. Later on, she raised her voice while taking our order, knocked on the menu while we couldn't find the dish that we’re after. Overall, we were so upset by the way she acted. Not trying to give anyone hard time, but we do hope that this won't happen again so no one has to experience this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always satisfying with Nando’s. had a take away order at their Sylvia Park tonight for dinner. Orderly response to takeaway through scanning bar code whilst another queue for dine in customers. Waiting time is on the dot. Bbq chicken will always be my family’s favourite with peri peri mild sauce. Try them they are the best in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time coming to the Sylvia Park branch and it was pretty good! Have a new thing going on (or maybe I'm just a bit late) where you can scan the QR code on the table to order! Got one of their $15 half chicken promotion which was delicious. Service was pretty fast and when I noted them that the cups were running low, they restocked fast. Only down side was there seemed to not be much people cleaning up after tables so we just had to sit at a table with previous plates stacked on the adjacent tables.
