Both times the teams in the stores went out of their way to help me after I got the wrong size online. Honestly, thank you. Massively appreciated.

She was incredibly helpful, and happy for me to try on lots of shoes and had great suggestions... I felt like she genuinely wanted me to find shoes I loved and she did! Merchant you are lucky to have her!
