★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who would have thought you could have so much fun returning a pair of shoes. I came in to return a pair of trainers I had purchased for my husband's birthday as he didn't like grr. However I was greeted by 2 beautiful young men (my docket says Hayden, and also A tall male with a pink bandana who quite honestly have given me the best experience I have ever had in any store before. They were dancing , laughing, and including all the customers around them (not to mention playing peek-a-book with a younger child while her mother was trying on shoes). I even received a compliment as I left, apparently I have really good energy. It's not something I've ever heard before but it most certainly made my day a lot brighter. Thank you boys for sweeping me off my feet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 star . Yesterday In evening time .
I been to the St Luke’s store to exchange my pair of shoes as I bought it online. But it was too small.
After spoke to customer service . I went to store.
First of all lady on the counter was standing with other guy was laughing at me. When I approach her she was giving me attitude and was very rude and said she can’t exchange the shoes . I tried to explain the situation and they was yelling at me.
I was loyal customer but after this behaviour this was my last time to platypus and won’t be recommending to anyone due to the bad behaviour . I felt so embarrassed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt even think that we would be greeted so pleasantly after 2 months of reopening and in such a busy time. We were served by Yousef, an amazing, friendly and smiling personality. Great with providing all the services we needed and was talking to us till we left. This guy surely made our purchase worthwhile. Not to forget other guys were amazing too with their job. Great going guys….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by Huda as it says on my receipt and honestly disgusting behaviour. She Rolled her eyes and gave attitude the complete time I was there. This isn’t the first time I’ve come across her with such poor hospitality and such Diva behaviour and ignorance . Get rid of her Platypus. I’ve never had such poor customer service . Also inappropriate behaviour as my husband felt she was too close to him coming of flirtatious . I left the store completely unsatisfied and in shock. Who do I email about her unacceptable behaviour ? Because if this is not resolved I will definitely not be back to shop and tell others about this poor experience .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanting to say THANK YOU so much to Yusef at your guys St Lukes branch ? He went above & beyond with greeting my partner and I so nicely & very friendly! The first shoes I wanted weren’t in stock but was happily suggested another pair from Yusef, which I was happy to purchase ? He checked the stock, whilst serving other customers aswell which was awesome ? Also my shoes became cheaper as buying 2 pairs of socks lowered the prices, which he took the time to tell us which was awesome!! ??Thank you Yusef for making my experience at your guys store very enjoyable & will happily shop there again!! Payrise definitely needed for Yusef! ???

Brandon and Yusef - from the moment I walked in they made me and my family feel very welcomed as they both were happy and dancing around creating a warm vibe. they helped out my family pick shoes and even offered us 6 pairs of socks for 35$!! definitely gonna bring my family more often to buy shoes from them and I believe they are very valuable for the platypus company. thank you jestars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 days ago I was at St Luke’s in Platypus looking at some Doc Martens which I loved! To my delight I was greeted by a lovely, friendly, handsome young man Yusef, who quite frankly made my day. We chatted about family, had some laughs, and he went above and beyond to find the last size of my second pair that I wanted! So happy I met this young man and will definitely be back for more shoes!
