β β β β β Pretty decent place to meet up with a few mates, have some drinks, and share a few plates. Chicken platter had some tasty options, and was only slightly too dry but it was okay still with the dry rubs or sauces. Chicken burger looked massive. Quesadillas were only okay, the beef cheek one being the better one. Jalapeno poppers were way better and more real than any others I've ever had. But buying individual tacos and trying all 3-4 of them was definitely the best option. Got a couple buckets of Coronas with limes and then the margaritas. Drinks naturally get expensive very quick. They did have a virgin sangria too if you're not looking to drink. We didn't opt for the different tequila tasting flights this night, but perhaps a future day. As for the place itself, wish the seats were a tad more comfortable. As for the ambience, walls were absolutely covered with art and framed images which did lend a good themed feel to the place.

β β β β β Reasonably priced with a good range of menu options to choose from. I made the mistake of ordering Taco Dorado, a fried taco shell that tasted a bit stale. It was literally filled with shredded red cabbage, with a few lonely prawns right at the bottom. Definitely wouldn't order again. The braised pork belly taco on the other hand, was great. Very generous tasty filling in a soft taco shell.

Highly recommend and always good when there is easy parking nearby.

β β β β β The cleanliness of the restaurant is questionable. Table was sticky, glass has visible brown stain. Bowl was rusty or a brown drop of something.
When this was brought to the staffs attention, I was accused of harrassment to the staff, as I was informed by the manager Roshan.
I queried him why is providing feedback and asking for clean cutlery are considered as harrassment, Roshan was unable to elaborate and provide details and took the staffs word without validating.
Roshan even offered me the option to leave. What da???
It was when I said this is now defamation and I am extremely offended and upset that he offered his apology and the house will pick up the bill.
I worked in hospitality as waiter and I know how tough life can be, but asking for the minimum standards in food hygiene should not be met with such hostile attitude.
Food was meh. Fried chicken was dry and overcooked. Prawn taco had a tiny drop of prawn. Churro was nice, though.
Overall, I felt very unwelcomed and made to feel like a burden to their half filled restaurant. Totally ruined our Friday night out. Not coming back again.
P/S: Taco Bell is just opposite and we had a great experience there in the end.

β β β β β What we ordered:
- Horchata $6
Only stopped here for drinks so I can't say much about the food, but we did really enjoy the experience. I've never had horchata before, it was super refreshing and interesting with a subtle rice flavour and the sweet cinnamon and condensed milk. The drink size was pretty generous in comparison to most other drinks offered at restaurants so I'm super happy with the order. The interior is also so gorgeous, probably worth a visit alone. The walls are absolutely covered in vibrant portraits and artworks and it was absolutely stunning.

β β β β β Came to celebrate my hubby's birthday here with the whole whanau. Grandkids love the chicken taco, enjoyed their drawings, celebrant enjoyed his superb braised pork belly with perfect presentation. Service was great and food not so bad. Will recommend this place. ?

β β β β β Margaritas were aesthetically beautiful but didn't really taste as how we ordered them to be, but was still okay. The fried chicken...juicy and moist but can't really tell apart the chipotle mayo and jalapeΓ±o mayo. They both tasted like regular mayo. Not spicy at all despite having 3x ??? on the menu.
