★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The platter was great, lots of variety and stacked. The 10hour 1kg ribs were good, plenty of meat and sauce. Only challenge was the medium rear scotch steak, came out medium well in colour, however the taste was perfect.

We had the 10 hour slow cooked pork ribs...(can't have been)
Extremely tuff meat sad to say,,, a battle to rip the meat from the bone and cartilage with 2 forks. Worst ribs we've ever had.
I'm a Big fan of ribs, and $40 to serve them up like that was a very disappointing experience in itself.
We also had the Garrisons Works Pizza... The base was stale and smothered with sauce to compensate the dryness of the base and the Chorizo was over cooked (hard / charred).
The Chips were Perfect thank God ?.
And the Mixed Berries Smoothie was perfect too.
The staff are friendly, but only visited our table (once) to bring our drinks and food. There was no other communication with us in the 50 minutes we were there. No one came to check if we needed anymore drinks, water, or how are food was. It wasn't busy.
I went to pay the bill and was asked how was your meal... I gave the guy the above feedback and he replied that he would let the Chefs know.
Hopefully you can improve in these areas.
It's a nice establishment, and I feel the food should reflect the same.

Staff were attentive and food was out within a reasonable time despite it being busy. The steak I thought was over priced.
Would come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really looking forward to a meal out after a long day, and Garrisons was okay, but nothing really that good.$187.80 for 3 x entrees, 4 x mains and 5 x drinks.
Tables are sticky, doesn't appear to be any order to the wait staff areas or roles (nothing to define the staff from the patrons). The nacho chips didn't appear to be warmed before toppings applied, as they were cold by the time they got to the table, most of the chips underneath so about half were soggy. Fish was good but chips were over cooked.
Not sure about going back, maybe to meet friends for a drink (as it's really handy) but not dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garrisons is always easy. Easy place to get to and there is plenty of parking. The atmosphere is fun and staff are friendly and efficient. This place is great for large and small gatherings and the outside seating has heaters for the colder evenings. Food and drinks are good too. Pizzas are yummy. This place is a little more on the pricy side..
