I was charged $650 for a temporary fix to the central locking and window opening problem in the car. By the time I had to make a choice on if to go ahead or not the car was in pieces so I would have been charged a fortune even if I had said no.
All of that might have been expected though. The shocking part was the state of the workshop. Clearly these guys have not heard of 5S.. The person who did the work on the car actually broke his leg after working on my car. I can only imagine it happened tripping over something in the workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to have our car looked at. They quoted $400 for the repairs and needed to order the parts. By the time the parts arrived we had sold the car so went in to pay for the parts. They revised the invoice Upto $650 after having already taken the deposit. Really underhanded tactics to get more money out of unsuspecting customers.
