We faced alot of obstacles in the process of getting approval for our mortgage and Rob dealt amazing with all of them, if it wasnt for him we wouldn't of got our home. He answered all my questions no matter how silly they were and made such a stressful time a breeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year, myself and husband were given Robs card by friends to enquire about steps we needed to take to purchase our first home.
Upon contacting Rob, we ended up meeting him that same evening. Rob was very accomodating to us, as I work late into the evenings, he made sure he came at a time that was convenient for us, even if it was late at 7pm.
At first, we just wanted to know what we needed to do to get to where we needed to be as we were sure we weren’t yet in a position to purchase.
We soon found out that we in fact were in a position to purchase. Rob took the time to explain everything to us, we were nervous as we knew nothing about the process, and soon enough Rob made us experts.
A month after meeting with Rob we put a offer on our dream property and a few weeks after that, we moved into our new home.
Rob helped with EVERYTHING. The lawyers, the valuation, the banking, everything! His communication was beyond excellent, and it didn’t matter what time I contacted him, he always got back to me within the same day (usually within the hour).
Rob, we can’t thank you enough, you made buying our first home a completely stress free time and we are forever thankful for your service!
When we first met you, we never would of imagined that two months later we would be moving into our own place!
Soon marks one year in our home and it’s been the best year ever! And it’s all thanks to you!
