β β β β β Very disappointed, Miss Pot has a lovely looking website and I'm always set out to support local business's but upon further inspection just about ALL of her products seem to be wholesale from a very UNSUSTAINABLE source. Im shocked.
Edit - response to reply: Assuming that i've not seen your products irl feels very audacious. And my photos clearly show that they were bought from aliexpress. handmade not by you does not count as handmade. Places like aliexpress support child labour and get their materials from unsustainable sources. i suggest everyone do their research before supporting someone who scams you to pay double for something made in china

β β β β β Saw an interesting comment and have a few words to say...
Miss pots sells lovely pot with affordable prices. I believe there are lots of products for wholesalers are mostly likely sourced from China. There is no surprise that you can find something similar in Amazon or Aliexpress.
Handmade isn't defined as exactly to be made by owner. She can just sell products that are handmade by someone else. She never claims that she makes them themselves. Warehouse or other NZ shops do sell so called handcrafted/handmade products, and does it have to be made by Warehouse staff based on the logic of the person's comment down below? For instance, there are so many handmade soaps that are sold over the country under those big brands by different wholesalers/shop owners.
It is always good to support small local businesses and know what they are selling. Knowing you can make a coffee that tastes probably the same at home, but still going out to cafe/mobile cafe for a cup of coffee. That is a support. Does it matter what they are selling if you are truly trying to support them? Why do you need to dig a hole into small businesses?
If you are a hero enough, go unmask the dirty truth from big businesses? Why are you using a fake account to comment on a small local business that is not even worth earning you a penny.
Instead of picking on the words ''handmade'', why don't you appreciate the fact that her products are affordable.
Miss Pot is not even selling over-priced products. Their cheapest product is probably $5, that you can get a cute pot and it is still cuter than the ones you can get somewhere else with this price.
