★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get a key cut, got nice service from the 1st guy we dealt with. Then when we went back to get the key, a 2nd guy there told us it would cost more. I said I'm sorry but I have the right amount of cash and we were quoted anothe price. The 2nd guy laughed at me and said your not going to worry about paying a few more $$$'s I was a bit stunned by his behaviour & let him talk more!! bad mistake he laughed and I believe if I didn't have the key in my hand it was going to be a duke it out situation. Will never go there again. The 1 Star is for the 1st guy that was nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get a battery replaced on a car key. I didn't really know what to expect in terms of price or ETA but he was really helpful, outlined the cost before he started and finished the job in about five minutes. Very helpful and a nice chap as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a new battery to be put in my car key, he advised this would take ten minutes and cost $23.00. When I called back he said he put in a new battery and the key would not work. So he took the battery back out and handed me the key. The key worked when I drove to the mall and I have no idea how he thought I would drive away with no battery in the key. After a few choice words he be grudgingly put the new battery in the key and insisted it wouldn’t work. I put the key in the door and it unlocked, put the key in the ignition and drove off. Hope the staff member learns something from this experience and I won’t recommend or be going back.
