β β β β β Bought a couple of items here and one got left behind/lost on the way home. I phoned them and they promised to replace it if I came to the store the following day. When I arrived I was scrutinised and checked on their cctv footage and told they would not replace it as I had picked up all items. Will not be going to this store again as this is not good customer service, I donβt mind the $5 shirt being lost but donβt go and waste my time then and tell me to come all the way back and then look at me like I did something wrong

β β β β β Super not interested or friendly staff, not just 1, 3 different staff we dealt with. Looking for a particular product, was told no we dont have that. I googled and found they did have it and in stock.... I get you may not know all the products but at least point me in the right direction instead of just saying no

β β β β β I order online said my item was in-stock online I go to pick it up and they say we don't have it in stock so I asked can I pick it up from a shop that has it in stock and they said oh you'd have to cancel then reorder it. So not happy at all

β β β β β Was absolutely disgusted. Security accuses me of being caught stealing when I didn't even after cctv footage could not prove that I did or didn't. Have been trespassed for a year. Security guard was very rude. The only saving grace was the somewhat understanding manager. Would not recommend anyone ever shop here.

β β β β β i came in around the end of may, i went up to someone he had big curly hair, he didnβt know where or what the product was that i was talking about even tho i found it soon after not far from the space he was working in, he was no help at all! he didnβt even take me to someone or ask someone who did know what they were doing. wonβt be going back. good service at the checkout tho.

β β β β β I have shopped here many times because it is next to other shops that I use frequently like Mitre10, Briscoes and the shops in The Hub. Almost every time it has been a negative experience. When I shopped there in person, I asked the young guy politely where a product was that was listed as 'in stock' on their website. His response was "just figure it out" and he walked off saying he's only paid to stock shelves. I tried shopping online to avoid shopping in store, but they take so long to find the online order out the back that it's actually faster to just shop in store. Collecting an order takes an average of 25 minutes, compared to an average of 2 minutes at Mitre10. I try to be kind and patient with retail employees because I was stuck doing that job for years when I was a university student, but even when I'm so polite to employees at this store, they're just so rude back to me. I think they enjoy the power trip of ruining their customer's day.
