Pretty bad, from the start. I turned up and there was a problem with the booking. No loan car, then I had to go and come back in an hour. The cabin filter needed changing at a cost of $240. $160 for the filter and $80 labour. Absolute rip off. The tyres needed rotating and it was not done. They charged for items not used, so it was to hard to remove from the invoice as its a standard format so it's easier just to bill the customer. If you book your car here for a service, ensure everything on the invoice is checked. Don't assume everything is done, you'll be surprised. Shame on you Andrew Simms Botany.

I bought a trade car from here 2 years ago and it's still running fine. It was a wonderful experience. The salesperson was really nice even he helped me after as well for any repair thing. Really encourage people to go and have a look at this showroom they have heaps of brand new cars as well as used cars.

Technicians mistook a design feature on the roof as a "dent". Went there to change the aerial on my car which had a bad seal on the roof. Got told that the roof was "dented" and needed to be sent to a panel beater and didn't cover it under warranty as the car was still 4 months new. Watched a youtube video on changing a seal. Leak is gone.

Botany service person by the name of Brett has done nothing but lies to us, given us unprofessional service. What mechanic/dealer doesn't supply itemisation of what was done in a service to your brand new vehicle? According to Brett it's the new Kia policy! Kia Botany has never sent me an email with their change in policies! A brand new kia stonic for this hassle, no thanks. DON'T BUY A KIA, SERVICE IS UNPROFESSIONAL!

I dropped my Jeep Wrangler to the service centre to fix the engine light issues on 9th of March, then called me to pick up the car on 10th. My wife dropped me off, but after payment i found the car won't start with very weird engine sounds which never happened in the last two years, also the accelerator won't work at all. Those problems come out after they are repaired. The car is still in the car park. The mechanic comes out to check and says I need to leave the car here today, will call me tomorrow morning to give me an answer. so i called my wife to pick up me up again... they have no apologize, no sorry, nothing No one call me back on next day, i called jeep to find out but says manager not there, will call me back, waiting until 4pm still no one called me, so drive to jeep find out what happen. The guy I forgot to ask name, he is sitting on the table laughing when i came in. he told me this is all my fault, they did nothing wrong, i will need to change the fuel rail sensor for 1400+, he was arguing and shouting with me in front of all the customers for over half hour... I'm here to repair the engine light, (an engine light with a sometimes on for two years without giving me any problems, car is starting and running fine in the last two years) after you're fixed, the engine not starting? Why did you tell me that everything was fixed and ready to pick up the car? And I paid full price without fixing any issues? wasting me three day on it. I'm ashamed about your service today, your service office people look like god, not the customer, they may have full knowledge of jeeps but please do not be arrogant. they will pay for what you did to the customer today. If one day people all stay away from ANDREW SIMMS botany, I will not be surprised. I will never forget what your staff told me when we were arguing: After we fixed your car, once you drive out our driveway, we will never care about your car, and it's not our problem anymore.

So good!!!Travis was early so I managed to get to work early so was very happy. Excellent service and thanks for fixing puncture in my tyre that I didn't know I had. Thanks also for washing my car as the car wash I normally use was out of action. I love my KIA Sportage. I am so grateful and pleased for the top zervice given. Thank you. ??

When I booked my 1 month inspection I told the lady I wanted to order some accessories for my new car and have them installed when I show up for inspection. When I show up in early Feb. told them about the accessories no one knew anything about any accessories( first red flag). I ordered some floor mats, alloy shift knob, bonnet protector, and weather shield set front and rear and payed for them. after two weeks the mats and bonnet arrived. They said the rest would take 4 to 6 weeks weeks and they could hold the bonnet guard guard so I could have everything installed at the same time. It is now May 4 and my items haven't arrived. Every time I talk to some one they don't know what the hell I'm talking about. They give give me some lame excuse about the couriers being slow. They need to change couriers in that case. Ridiculous. Regret ordering through them.
