★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing lake worth the visit. There is a 10 min dirt road track to get there from the main road. You also need to go on the horse riding tour at the lake operated by Ben Lomond Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem, what a place. It is truly beautiful and peaceful. We were lucky and it wasn't that busy but I can imagine the crowds during the holidays. The loop walk is highly recommended. Getting there was fine with our Toyota Hiace but it was during the summer
