★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome day out. Stopped to watch a bit of cricket along the way. The weather was rather light clouds and the Recreation Pools looked full on passing. Enjoyed the day out me and my motor scooter ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having done walks all over the world, I would have to say that morrinsville deserves a little bit of credit for this. It won’t blow your mind, but hey it’s a pretty little river walk with a fast flowing river and a small waterfall.
Easy to park at either end, shady walk and easy to get to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confusing entrance. We didn't know where we can park or where even the start point is. So we parked next to a house I Lorne street. The pathway is very poorly made and dangerous a bit. Smells a little bit. The water fall is beautiful and yes the water is dirty and the rest of the people says in their reviews. I wouldn't recommend this place unless if you exhausted your options and have nothing else to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got here at first sight its beautiful quiet and very tidy no rubbish or evidence of horiness or burnouts, no hassles ,clean toilets. Theres water supply but not suitable for drinking, I guess youd have to boil it first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great river walk and not to strenuous, good for the family. The birdsong is beautiful as you walk and the sun coming through the trees gives this walk a real sense of joy. We saw some dogs being walked there so assuming it's dog friendly.
