β β β β β As a casual walk in from another country after a long holiday weekend, I was given an appt for an hour later (fine), and when I came back I was seen exactly on time. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful which made me feel reassured about my problem during a vacation where I'm away from my normal medical facilities.

β β β β β Dr's are great. Amanda on reception is exceptionally rude, cuts you off and is extremely patrinizing. Horrible experience everytime I have dealt with her.

β β β β β Make sure you 1. Come in the "correct" front door (there are two) and 2. Tell them you are here (apparently making an appointment isn't enough even though I am adult enough to keep my side of the planned meeting). If you don't do these things you could sit there for 35 mins like I did with no one caring and no doctor in sight. I'm off to another doctors - this was a blast from the past . No thanks.

β β β β β Been coming here since I was a new born. 27 now and still going and wouldnt go anywhere else. They always have had a fish tank for the kids to look at while waiting and even a corner of the waiting room sectioned off for a designated play area for the kids. Price of general appointments are not to bad too.

β β β β β Had a COVID test at mount medical center, the system was efficient and the nurse was really kind, results were back within 24 hours and negative so that was also a bonus.

β β β β β Absolute worse customer service I have ever received, the doctor is awesome, the receptionists seem bored and do not seem to understand what customer service requires. I even gave them a second chance and went back again and the same exact rude service was received. Keep the doc get new front staff they are making a bad name for this clinic

I first began to have a problem with the Centre when a very old lady walked in one day and needed an urgent appointment, even said out loud Lee youβre more than welcome to have mine and she seem to be in more need myself.
The receptionist said no in a tone, I asked why and she responded no because sheβs not a local and was off the Cruise Ship as why she had gone here and had a limited time.
I thought it was absolutely disgusting!!! I had notice she was a new receptionist and till this day i feel she not a nice person to be working at the doctors.

I had gone there to find out which specialist I should go and see and if itβs faster to go private, I have been waiting for eight months and only just heard back from the public system after paying a lot of money for private..... donβt know what went wrong and lost about $500

Made an appointment early January only just heard a couple of days ago that the doctor never made my referral which is serious. He had three weeks to do it before he went on holiday then he went on holiday I called up to check what was going on and got told I have to wait another three weeks for him to return. Disgusting!!!!
There is no responsibilities at this Medical Centre and have talked to the Manager and and they only could agree that the service was Disgusting!!!!!
They shouldβve offered me an appointment right away on them for there mistakes but no they never take responsibility!!!
I have now changed medical centres after 15+ years.
Strongly do not recommend
