★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online Mountain Warehouse; lots of boots, jackets, raincoats and bags as am travelling next month. Went to buy an XL 60-65 litre bag and look at jackets and boots. Long story short, they do not stock them, or the boots. Or any 3 XL goods at all. So if you are a bigger dude, don't bother going here.. When I asked about the shoes, jacket, boots the guy recommend MacPac.... Way to lose a customer and my recommendation. Terrible..

Prices are outstanding and great see service by the manager. My first ever puffer/down jacket after living here for well over a decade and absolutely love it!

Really surprised to go the Te Rapa shop today to find 2 staff wearing cotton masks. One wearing hers below her mouth and nose and then when she readjusted it she purposefully had it below her nose. Then another person came out not wearing at all.
This shop obviously doesn’t care about staff or customer health and safety.
Oh and it was wet and I slipped on the floor when I entered the shop.
