★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as every parent of a toddler knows their prone to tantrums any where . And at any time . So as a mother I know the warning signs when my son is about to set one off . I promptly took him out of babycity (te awa) leaving my partner to pay for our items. I sat him down on the wooden bench located outside of the of the shop where he threw a mega tantrum im talking screaming , crocodile tears, rolling around on the floor. Whilst my partner was inside waiting to pay for the items so we can take off with our 2 old and deal with him away from an audience the older women behind the counter had to add in her 2 cents and he quotes her saying "what a weird kid" . Your line of work has you working with babies - toddler / children. . My son is 2 . 2 years of life on this earth . He’s not going to learn to control his emotions in that time where as you're older and an adult . To the lady behind the counter today - Learn to keep your comments to yourself and if you make these kind of comments I suggest you pick another field of work. ✌?️

I was given expert advice and assistance by a lovely lady by the name of Pat. Not only was she very helpful, I felt she went above and beyond and is an asset to your business. Not once did I feel pressured, what a nice change!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend went here to refund a product from their website. Bought what she believed to be a bassinet because the picture was of a bassinet. But just like something from WISH it was just a cover and didnt come with the legs. She took it to the store to get a refund and they dont do refunds they do store credit...she argued but ultimately took store credit. But apparently store credit only last 12 months? How does that work?
My money seems to work all the time so why does baby citys expire if its basically your money? Go to the baby factory guys and gals much better. Help those who help you, not those who rip you off during a already stressful time.
