β β β β β Did a phone consultation. Was told to pick up ACC form and then go to Urgent care. Went to pick up the ACC form and paid for the consultation but wasn't given any form. They told me just go to the urgent care. Their they told me you need the ACC form for work injury or else the cost will be 180 NZD. Went back angry this time still didn't get any ACC form so I requested for refund for wasting my time and I don't like to pay for nothing in return. Can't even refund. So ya it's about time to change my GP. Hopefully I find a better and way more convenient one.

β β β β β Worse Healthcare ever! Dont bother wasting your money and time coming here!! Can never get appointments, be willing to wait days sick until you can talk or see a doctor thats even if you can get through to them. Doctors are full of it too, just a number in their books, no real care and consideration here, very sad they have really gone downhill since the beginning, will be finding better healthcare for me and family.

β β β β β Iβve been trying to call for the last 3 days. My children and I have COVID and we need medication. Appalling service. They never ever pick up there phone. My husband also needs medication every couple of months and we never seem to get a hold of them at all. Will defs be changing family doctors.
