★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and unprofessional! My sister was referred to this place by her physiotherapist.
She was asked a question by the doctor and when answering his question was told to "Just shut up!"
When asked about her pain was again told to "shut up" when attempting to answer his question and then told her problem was that she was "just overly emotionally sensitive."
Rude receptionist, rude doctor. Would not recommend these people to anyone.
If you want to be treated with respect, go elsewhere because you won't get any here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with previous 2 comments. The old Chinese doctor was very rude and not receptive to my condition. He was NOT helpful at all and did not recommend any treatments. For a specialist, it's quite a disappointment how did he even become a doctor. He needs to learn more about manners and how to interact with his patients. It was a total waste of our time and made my injury worse because of the random tests he was trying. Will NEVER recommend him. Do NOT go to this clinic. We are giving him a ZERO star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Charles Ng Musculoskeletal specialist. I found his manner very disappointing. He would ask me questions and when I would try and answer he would talk over me so he never really gave me a chance to speak and give my answers. He didn't do a proper examination. He seened to have diagnosed me before I even arrived. His report was full of mistakes. Things I do have wrong he'd written that I don't and things I don't have he'd written that I do. He really upset me, brought an already vulnerable patient to tears. His report has made future evaluations very difficult as specialists always refer back to his report. This stays on my file forever with all its mistakes. I would definitely not recommend this specialist (if you can really call him that). He has very poor bedside manner and shows little skill in listening and diagnosis. He prescribed me medications that I had already told him didn't suit me and never offered a follow up appointment. Not that I'd ever go back. Very disappointing and a total waste of a lot of money. If I could give zero stars I would. 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred by my GP to see a specialist about an impinged nerve problem and I had two appointments with Dr Ng at this clinic. First it was difficult getting an appointment because not only were they booked up at least a month in advance but they only took appointments from between 9am to 5pm excluding a one-hour break during lunchtime and only on weekdays, which means anyone who works full time would have to take time off work to see them. The first appointment went relatively smoothly and the Dr was able to refer me to get an MRI, which is what I was hoping for. But when it came to the follow-up appointment, when he couldn't find an obvious cause for the problem from the results he basically told me that the only feasible option was to take pain medication - but this wasn't something that happened for a short time and was potentially chronic - which was something he knew, so he was suggesting that I take pain medication indefinitely. Imagine going to see a specialist and paying $900 for him just tell you to take some Panadol! I tried to encourage him to investigate further as we still had no idea what was causing the pain but his answer to this was simply "not to dwell on it" (quoted word for word). So I would not recommend seeing some doctor who makes no effort to show any sympathy or concern for his patients the way he didn't seem to have for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience with Dr. Ng. He was professional, friendly and was patient with all my questions. There wasn’t anything specific which he could pinpoint as the reason for my back pain but made it clear that my best approach was a combination of medication, physio and strengthening which I agreed with. Overall I found him to be a good doctor and helped me come to a better understanding of why I am having back problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was friendly and helpful - they were booked up a month in advance but she put me on a waitlist in case they had any cancellations, and I was able to see the doctor three weeks ahead of my booking because of this.
I found Dr. Ng to be very patient and professional, and he was able to direct me on a course of action once it was found that I was not eligible for steroid injections etc. I'd definitely recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest admin staff who sends in factual information out and refuses to correct it. She is rude, almost bordering on paranoid delusional. Not interested in the facts or being honest. Doctor Charles Ing makes many assumptions before having all the required information and will only act if he sees $$$ or if he can see a way to make money out of you. So beware, not necessarily in your nest interest but motivated by money. They don't care about you as a patient but more about how much money can they make out of you. When presented with the facts and further information, he could not delineate the issue or would not as he had made to many assumptions and wrote a report in favour of making $$$ rather than in favour of the patient.
