.. might of thought it would be helpful to them to spread the work out a bit .. but apparently not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the 1/5 star is for the Orthopedic at the centre. Reception was helpful and nice.
My bike accident happened nearby this Ascot A&E so that's why i was brought here, and the moment i was introduced to the ortho i would never recommend this place. Its the first time i've ever met an ortho who doesn't care about her patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Nurses were nice but waited 2 hours just to get antibiotics. The receptionist was rude and unfriendly. It’s not “emergency care” if you have to wait 2.5 hours in pain. Definitely was not worth my time, made a mistake coming here today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst emergency care clinic ever. Took 3 hours just to be able to see a doctor, and the fees are ridiculous for the amount of waiting. Only come to this clinic when the hospital is down which is never. I would put minus 5 stars if I could

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the reception was not nice to service talking with patient I was taken my two years to see a doctor and she asking about his information the name in front had glassware and everyone were wearing mark when speaking and listening can’t hear probably and when I had asking her repeated that it’s to made her quit upset. Later she call me come to sight for documents after sight I put the pen on the documents but she takes with an upsetting about I put pen on the paper She had checking pen to out off the paper that old women made that action on me Quit very rude. After that me and my son are waiting for 3 hour but I saw peoples who came after us but had met doctor first. Why do that ? Liable I that a doctor women Come to get a man and walking passed me and look at me. So what it mean I know that day that time it’s quit busy of Covid. My Child too long time are waiting he was hungry I can’t waiting any more then I have to take him back home. Will go another clinic / Why peoples here are looking insulting for Asian peoples as I know about. not good english ? I saw them choose to treat are not the same. Not everyone are human the way they did like this!!
I was took that women photos and will tell peoples who wanted come here how the way they did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist should be awarded the “worst receptionist” of the year. Absolutely shocking attitude towards patients. Seems like they are the prison officers talking to criminals! What a power trip.
Show some respect to fellow humans.
And read all these reviews.
Maybe next time add the “names” of receptionist and do name and shame from now on.
