★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy at counter was Unprofessional and didn't do a price match with Harvey Norman. Got a better customer experience and much better peoce at Harvey Norman. Was a loyal customer with JBHfi but not any more.Your staffs attitude ruines your business. Looking at the latest reviews for past months still they have not fixed the customer service experience and have worsen now.

He explained everything so clearly, had a great attitude and was very helpful. Will definitely visit this branch again for future purchases. To the manager of this branch-you have a great, well informed and helpful team member Jay.

The culture is great, staff are friendly, knowledgable, professional, have great customer focused initiative and treat you like a real person - instead of just a commodity to which you are purposed to extract money from. Those attributes in their wholeness make this a great store to visit, purchase from and return to. Aside from that they have excellent range and of course JB HIFI’s underlying purchase polices really make them hard to beat over most competitors in my opinion. I think this must be their policy: ‘put the customer first!’. It’s a quality that’s hard to find these days but easily their strongest draw card. Keep it up guys and gals at JB Wairau. Top stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy a set of galaxy buds pro from them. Their price was double of Harvey Norman. When I asked for a price match, the manager said they won't do it because they don't want to. When I showed her the advertisement at the shop about the price match she said that means if they want they will price match and not all the time.
The manager was super rude and unprofessional.
