The most annoying thing was the really loud music filtering through... The restaurant was very empty and we politely asked if they would turn it down..they did. Not... So much for customer service...

Ask for hollandaise sauce an again nothing cold flat white no sugar cheese all over the wrapping instead of the muffin the way they wrap is another joke the muffin falls out .. the worst mc Donald's service foods foul so is the coffees an service .. learn to read an prepare food properly. It's not like you people are cheap for the prices what is ordered an payed for should be done. ... Read the order properly. It's that simple.

Then said I was the only customer he's had in past 30min. 5 min later I drive past and he's taken someone's order. When I drove up they were smoking out the front.
I think they just didn't want to take my order well that's what it sounded like to me anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for a thick shake. The Female staff member that served me was very professional and helpful. The thick shake was cold and chocolatey. Very tasty. $5.50 , Which I thought was quite expensive ,but I never go to McDonald's , It was the first time in years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for an Angus burger no bun. Didn't realise I needed to dumb it down. Today I asked for a lettuce wrapped Angus burger. They said sorry we can't do that. I said why I buy up to 3 a week. Said no idea why just can't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to get swamped by the rush of the footy game when I arrived & actually told me I needed to go thru drive thru even tho I still within ten mins before dine in hours end. I had written a perturbed review before leaving & then manager actually offered to take my order before I exited the door!
Due to the footy match, it was clear they got swamped hence pick showing how it was left when everyone exited.
They made it right in end & I could walk out with a coffee rather than have to deal with drive thru...
