We were the Landlords Selwyn Property chose the tenants .Everything was done properly if hings needed doing we were told. The inspections we got a full report. From the outset, Kerry has managed every aspect from screening potential tenants, timely rent payments, regular property inspections , and overall excellent communication. I have only just sold the property, and would have no hesitation whatsoever in engaging their services again. It’s been 100% peace of mind. They have selected fantastic tenants every time.
