★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For starters they never open at the time it says on their website. 9am means 9am guys! Not 10. Not 9.30. This has happened to me atleast 5 times. The only reason I go here is coz their nappies are so cheap and it's what I can afford.
Secondly they seem to have different prices to the babyonline.co.nz website specials which they're supposed to be a part of. Very bizzare?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Arabic saleslady at the shop is extremely rude and unprofessional.so be prepared when you go shop here. We bought an item which was on display and she expected us to pack it , put it in to the original packaging box , tape it as well. When we asked us about some products she rudely pointed to some shelves without even helping us out. I think I will skip going to this store again.

The arabic lady over the counter is very rude and fraud when anybody swipe the card in the efptos machine please check the amount how much she as entered the lady cheated me by entering 25 dollars more on my bill and finally she was not giving back the money i told her i will call the cops then she gave a credit note saying that you show this on next purchase. If you spend little money more go to countdown and buy a good nappies rather going for a cheap one pls stay awayyyyyyyyyyyy............

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in this shop last week and have actually found the nappies I bought very good and affordable BUT as for the arrogant, Arabic lady that "serviced" me I will not be back. After reading other reviews I'm assuming this person either owns or is married to the owner and in my opinion in running the business into the ground. She should not be working in the retail industry as she clearly has no "customer serivce" skills whatsoever , you have been pre warned! The 2 stars are purely for the product and nothing more

So far as per our experience never open on time. More than one occasion we drove from far and store wasn’t open as per trading hours displayed
The lady behind counter is so rude and know nothing about customer service
2 stars only for reasonable priced nappies
After reading similar reviews I reckon they haven’t leart a thing and still the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would recommend calling ahead to see if they are open and if they have what you want (nappies that cost less than the grocery store). We drove 30 min to get here and they were sold out of all their less expensive nappies and only had pampers for sale. Not impressed. I used to shop at the Sunnynook location on the Shore and it was much better that was well stocked, but unfortunately it is now closed.

This has happened with me 2 times before as well
The dryups which are for $35 on the website are for $38 at the store
