★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a pack of nappies through a promotion, everything went through fine and the screen said thanks for your order, we will send it soon. 3 days later I get an email saying sorry your payment didn't go through and your order was canceled . when I responded saying the card couldn't have declined as there is money on it, they insist it did. They also refused to honor the advertised promotion which is extremely unprofessional as even if the card did decline, it should have said that there and then not 3 days later. It seems that they made up the "declined card " reason just to get out of honoring the advertised deal. Won't buy from them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The single best service for a new parent. The owners and staff were so helpful - for an online business it was surprising to get so much genuine communication.
Worked out heaps cheaper to get the weekly subscription than to go to the store each time we needed nappies.
Also awesome to be able to add on little baby and mum related products that you could need that week.
Wishing this little business nothing but the best!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend with a newborn was having a difficult time with her toddler and I wanted to do something useful for her. I ordered some Tiny Foragers frozen meals and snacks to be delivered to her late one evening. It was such an easy process - I didn't even have to get up off the couch!
The meals arrive the next day and she was so stoked with them. Thanks The Baby Bag for the best service parents could ask for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pretty bad experience with the owner and this company. I wanted to buy a box of the nursery water to take with us on our trip to Fiji. I called on Monday about coming to pick it up from their store in Avondale as we were leaving for Fiji on the Thursday so didn't expect it will arrive before then. The owner said they do deliveries on the Wednesday so I would be fine to order online and would receive it before our trip. It never arrived. I emailed the owner asking for a refund and she replied saying she would arrange it there and then. Over a week later I still have no refund and the owner (jessie) is non responsive to any emails. Very poor customer service.
