If you want a luxury stay with helpful people in charge, this is u r place You will be met with employees at the front desk and in the breakfast area who are polite, knowledgeable, and happy to be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 14-days in April at this hotel doing managed isolation. Our room was modern, clean, comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi/Internet. The service was excellent! Happy staff, always fast room service, worry-free laundry. The best part for us here were the meals. Lunch and dinners were all warm/hot, really nice and tasty! Thanks so much for this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being in managed isolated quarantine for 14 days, there were plenty of positives to take away from our stay at the Naumi. Lots of natural light & sunshine streamed into our modern room. The bath was spectacular! Being able to open the doors onto our patio that overlooked the beautiful gardens & getting fresh air, elevated our mood. The staff were so friendly & always had a smile for you. The menu was outstanding & we could not have asked for a more delicious way to watch the NZ Olympic team do us proud! Will look forward to enjoying all the facilities it has to offer guests when it re opens in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for MIQ with my partner and 8 month old. Staff were really nice and accommodating, meals were good, rooms were big enough and nice for the three of us. When MIQ is over we would stay here again when passing through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying for MIQ, I can’t praise the lovely staff enough. The rooms are spacious, well decorated (mine is a deep teal scheme) with decent storage, and have balconies or patios. Food has been excellent considering its not the usual service and the cafe coffee is very good. I requested an interior room which is lovely and peaceful, looking onto a garden full of birds. A really good option if you need to stay near the airport. Thanks!
