★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent from them. Poor customer service. Showed up at 8:45am and their "office" was closed. Was calling the number on the window when the garage opened, the agent was surprised and did not seem to be abme to handle the situation. I waited while the contract loaded on the computer from an outside source.
He handed me the printed out contract and wanted me to sign it. Didn't go over the terms and conditions with me. I did the walk around the vehicle and he copied the from I filled out.
If I wasn't doing a free transfer I definitely would have gone to another rental company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice vehicle, good pricing but on returning the vehicle the owner implied there was more scratches and dents, on a car that was already covered in scratches and dents and was documented prior to our hiring. Disappointing way to end an awesome holiday when they implied we had scratched the rear bumper. The photos the owner took were of a freshly washed vehicle in great sunshine, we returned the vehicle in dusty and dirty etc and it was overcast so the images he took after our return looked worse. A little heated debate but we managed to get our bond back then headed to the airport. Their website was good. Easy to use and affordable. But the debate about the scratches went from a 4 star to 2.

The car condition is quite good, and staff are all very helpful. They picked us up on time and explained everything to us. Very satisfying experience and will recommend this company to my friends who plan to go to Queenstown.

We got a free transfer from the airport to the car rental address, for 9 of us and all of our luggage. Communication was easy and seamless.
We had 2x rentals booked. Both 2016 Toyota Corolla hatchbacks, one red, one black. We had a car seat booked for an under 2, and a suitable seat was provided. The cars were good looking and in great condition. They were smooth to drive and ride in, and amazing on petrol, reducing our travel costs. Bluetooth connection for cellphone hands free music and calling. A USB port for a charger cord. Sound system was great, good for playing music while cruising. It was extra cute that they were the same car in different colours so we were driving around QT twinning!
Service was polite and friendly, and we promptly received our bond after returning the cars in the condition we received them in. They happily accommodated us returning the vehicles 1.5hrs earlier than initially planned. We also got a free ride to the airport for our flight home.
Great price for the rentals and service. I would easily choose to rent here the next time I'm in QT.

Extremely reasonable, great car and service that goes above and beyond. I got lost returning the car and the young man was so respectful and helpful offering to meet me at a place more convenient and driving us straight to the airport to get our flight on time.
Just a great service, value for money and first class without the bells and whistles.
