What a little ripper, just cruising around Whitianga and found Nina's in the back streets. Well worth a stop. Had the most delicious homemade fr chicken pie with a little salad attached. Just hit the nail on the head for our lunch. Thank you for adding to our day. Edit: just got a growling from my better half for not mentioning how delicious her pesto chicken salad was, lots of chicken. OOPS.

Always good, been going to Ninas for years. Always nice food, something different with good service. Worth a look for morning tea or whatever you need.

Amazing food! The people there are friendly and the food is delicious ? we had the egg benedict and it was wonderful! Also the juices are nice and fresh made! I can really recommend this place for a nice breakfast... the garden is nice to sit.

The space looks recently renovated. It is open, modern and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and huge portions for a mid day meal. It is a bit of a wait to get your food but it comes out piping hot and well worth it!

Great staff and coffee. Shame they didn't let me know they had no Bagels instead of presenting me something I didn't order. Food however was fabulous. A gem of a place.

The staff may need some training as there were several issues with our order. Portion sizes are quite small for price particularly the juices and smoothies. For an Italian eatery the pizzas were just OK but something that could easily be made at home with no fancy ingredients and the bases aren't wood fired.

If you can imagine what a DIY beach-side cafe might be, Nina’s is probably pretty close to what you’d get. Tucked away at the edge of town, rustic seating, a small menu based around a few staple items and service that operates at holiday speeds, I wasn’t blown away but certainly wasn’t disappointed. I went for the peri-peri chicken salad and even that seemed to have taken the day off - barely registering as even peri. The juices and smoothies were super-refreshing. I’d recommend the breakfast smoothie with oats, banana and strawberry yoghurt.
