She was so impressed with the service and patience shown by the staff.
It's points of difference like this which sets Noel Leeming apart from the competition.
Well done Tory Street team!
Oh and in case you're wondering, the Fitbit Sense works almost too well as my mother is regularly outstepping me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving this place a1 star when my experience has been worth absolutely no stars. We got a damaged fridge delivered more than a month ago. Our property was damaged during the delivery. When we sought a refund for the damaged product, the discount that was offered defied logic. When being asked for a rationale for the amount offered, we stopped getting any responses. In the meantime the distribution centre has not bothered contacting us even once. When the damage happened, we were assured that we will be able to make an insurance claim. We have been to the store twice and left messages but to no avail. Such poor customer service and makes you realise how little choice you have as customers when you are dealing with duopoly entities who definitely reign supreme

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a customer for about 20 years, and the service used to be very good, with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Now it seems that they replaced the old staff with other people very unwilling to help. My last experience was awful. Bought a laptop for my son - the person serving us initially seem to not want to sell anything, so we had to ask for help from someone else. The laptop broke not even two months later and we went there to ask for a replacement. We were going to swap for a more expensive model because there was none left of the same. Staff very unhelpful, so we asked to speak to the manager. A salesperson went to find the manager and came back to say the manager would be with us after finishing his coffee break and washing his dishes (I couldn’t believe in that reply!). We had to wait for a while, and due to the poor service, we asked for the money back. bought somewhere else. Will be reluctant to buy there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Customer service. We found a good laptop for us there. Unfortunately, the laptop has been out of stock and no more at thier factory. The displayed model was the last one. A staff listened and understood well what we want. He suggested other similar model to us and let us know what's the differences properly. The explanation was totally clear what we want to know. We are going to visit there first when we need home electric stuff. Because there has great customer service and really helpful. Highly recommend to buy home electric stuff in Wellington city.
