β β β β β Cheapest towing company on the North Shore. I had a quote from another company which was $100+ more than what North Harbour Towing charged me. Ed, who towed my vehicle, was well mannered and patient. Will definitely recommend!

β β β β β Placed an order for my car to be taken to the garage, gave us a call to confirm time in the morning, picked up and dropped off at the garage no problem. Staff at reception polite although a bit perfunctory. Would use again, though would like the ability to pay by card/online.

β β β β β We had a accident with our car being written off, North Shore Towing happened to be driving through and pulled straight in, helped us out and got the car out of harms way and on the way back to their yard within minutes of arriving. Paperwork was quick and easy and by the time we turned up to the hard this morning, they had already sorted everything with our insurance. Happily recommend, if you need a tow company go with North Shore Heavy Salvage & Towing!

β β β β β Everytime I call, someone answers the phone and proceeds with saying the office is closed... after answering! I sent 2 emails, and finally someone initiated contact with me by email, the communication has stopped after I have asked relevant questions, I can't call about it, very unprofessional.

β β β β β Unprofessional mannerism, they left my car outdoors, windows down saying they were jammed only for me to find out later that they are not. Outright liars. The office woman seems to want nothing but confrontation yet is constantly complaining about stress and is the opposite of to the point, a big time waster and a game player. Avoid this place, it will drain your humanity.

β β β β β The so called βoffice ladyβ makes me wish
my airbags never went off so i wouldnβt have had to deal with her. According to her βI have a horrible attitude that needs to be fixedβ all because I asked to get the valuables out of the car. Asking that question was too much for her and she ended up banning me, which Iβm quite glad about because it means I donβt have to deal with her again. For your own mental health, avoid this place.

β β β β β Excellent service from this company. My boarder had an accident so I took to the towing company. He explained everything that was going to happen which really put my boarder at ease. Really nice guy. Happy to deal with this company anytime subsequently 5 stars.
