★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible company, money making scheme... towed me within 7 minutes of parking, their fee is rediciloisly high. They have a man sitting at the parking just to report people and that’s how they rip you off. The staff was rude and abusive. Worse company so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got towed at Albany Chinese Food Court，who would recognized there is a bloody PICK UP carpark hidden in all regular ones with same white line and misleading signs！ They would not explain a little bit about this ridiculous fee though - 320 nzd. Horrible experience totally like robbery

Dispatch doesn’t pass on directions you give them to drivers. Rude and condescending on the telephone. I was given the run around waiting a total 2h for driver to arrive. I was told vehicle would be collected in under an hour. No compensation for failure to disclose important details about transportation. Will not use again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person on the phone either didn't understand, or wasn't interested in having a contract for my private car park long term. She only wanted to know if I wanted a tow that day. Disappointing. Maybe try higher up the food chain next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked my car to be towed at 10:30 and they did it at 9:40 without telling me. Quoted me $120+gst but charged me $142? Asked them to call me once the job is done and they still haven’t
