★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into this store today and the person was rude. I have a mask exemption certificate because I am on Cancer treatment and it effects my breathing. The guy in the said that he didn't care about my health and made me leave his shop. Not recommended

Cameron was happy to refund my $500 deposit, if the bike I had ordered did not suit. As it happened, I felt I needed to do quite a bit more research into my needs before I did final purchase, so Cameron did refund my $500 upon my request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and efficient even though they didn't stock the product I was after. Prompt reply to customer service email saved me a wasted trip to Whangarei from Paparoa. Based on this I would give them first dibs if I was looking for a bike rather than a running/cycling jacket!

Cameron was awesome to deal with, he was fun, friendly, and very knowledgeable about ebikes (I'm looking at buying one, and if you are, I suggest you go talk to him first).
