Even though we have called them to double check and re-confirm the second appointment was booked.
We've only experienced a poor costumer service. I wouldnt recommend spending a penny at MyRide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed with this place after spending thousands of dollars in their store I have been to ask the mechanic for advice and was told he couldn’t when it was only general info I was after, and now desperately needing my gears looked at quickly for a bike Tripp up north, because they went shifting correctly Was told no sorry can’t help ya, and it’s the bike I recently brought from them for $4300 ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go in to my ride to help me measure my steam and my handle bars so I know I'm getting the right stuff 2 weeks later I go in to check on my bike the bars didn't fit the steam I had to wait 1 more week . I also decided to pay for a service about 2 weeks in the front breaks are sketchy I told them to fix them. The front gear doesn't work and when I went in to go get it fix the guy had a look and told me what's wrong he walked off and smiled. Later on today 3/12/20 my derailleur is all messed up and not changing gear. Dont recommend never going back.
