Our internet connection has been absolutely trouble free and I highly recommend them. It’s wonderful dealing with locals!

After getting increasingly frustrated with random ongoing outages with my previous internet provider, approx. 15 months ago I contacted NorthTel as the continual outages were adversely impacting my business. I was very impressed with the speed of NorthTel's response and their confidence that they could solve my problems. Within a month of my initial contact, I had received a plan, a quote and the job was done!! Looking back, it was the best decision and money spent. Plus, the very best part, no more Internet Outages!! :-) NorthTel are also currently handling my connection to the new Fibre Network as it rolls out in Paihia.
