Delays
- As a result of aircraft engineering issues, there are delays to some parcels sent by courier between the North and South Islands in both directions.
Delays to Mail Items:
- Due to precautionary maintenance on some of our electric mail buggies, delays of up to 2 days are expected for mail items across the country. These delays only impact mail delivered through our Paxster fleet – not Courier or Rural items.
- As our posties continue to deliver mail with a reduced fleet and through other means of transport, there is a small backlog forming. This will clear once the Paxsters are back up and running.
Delays to Parcels:
- In the North Island, we are experiencing delays for parcel delivery of up to 2 days in the Whangarei, Hamilton/Waikato and Rotorua areas.
- In the South Island there are delays for parcel delivery of up to 2 days, except in Nelson, Blenheim, Timaru, Ashburton and Christchurch East.
We’re working hard to get all items to their destinations safely but apologise for the inconvenience caused by these delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude Service, lady wouldn't even let me borrow a pen, as the one on the table was being used ( for over 15mins, ) and was still being used even though I went and came back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to post a parcel. The first (pleasant) woman told me I could fill in the address on the table and then bring it back to be scanned for the trace after I paid. I did this and then needed to wait as two people entered the store after me and were being served. The second woman (unpleasant) called across the shop to me and snapped at me to just leave the parcel in the basket for the other two customers to hear as well. I replied the other woman had told me to come back to the counter with it for tracking so I prefer to do that. She then huffed and rolled her eyes at me and snapped again “you can put it in the basket, we have a two in shop policy so you can’t be in here!”. I said how is it my fault two people have entered when I’ve been in here before them? She just snapped again to put it in the basket and they would scan it later. This woman is horrible - I hope she isn’t the pharmacist for the sake of sick people. It’s a shame for the other woman working there to have her work place tarnished by this review.
