NZ POST - 75 St George St, Papatoetoe, Auckland 2025 I guess I left my passport over there over the weekend so I called early morning to inquire if they have it. Some guy named Jayesh picked up the call. I explained my situation to him and where i think i left it and requested if he could just look over his counter and see if it's still there. He said he is busy with customer and cant do that and said if you want you can come here and check yourself. I requested again if he could check, he refused. I was like its ok maybe he was too busy with someone. I called back after 15mins and asked if he was still busy. He said yes he is always busy with customers. At this point I realised he intentionally dint want to help. I said even I am your customer dude and I am ready to wait if thats needed. He said he is busy. I said all you need to do is look over the counter and you may take your time. He said dont argue, come here and check yourself. I told him by now you could have already solved my issue rather than making excuses. I asked him if maybe someone else can help me, or its maybe in a drawer somewhere where some other employee might have kept it? He said its not there. I asked him, you just now told me 1 second ago you are busy so when did you exactly check? He hung up the phone. I understand employees can be busy, but this was seriously not a professional way to deal with a customer. He could have easily just told me that he is busy right now but he would look into it as soon as he can and call back. It's as simple as that. I even waited 15 mins before calling back so he has time to deal with other customers before attending to my issue. But he just seemed to use the "busy" word as an excuse to not do his job. All throughout the conversation he spoke in a very rude manner even though I tried to be as accomodating as possible. Plus he hung up the phone on me. Reading other reviews it's clear that dispite so many complaints over the years this branch is happy to keep such people employed. I would recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere.

The lady (I wish I knew her name but the fat one) at the counter was extremely rude. She was very rude, unhelpful and sound very arrogant. I asked her if she could help me to fill up the IRD form as I was confused in couple fields, she replied " Read the instructions". Anyhow I filled up the form and went to the counter. She looked at the form and said I told you to read the instructions carefully. She wasn't ready to help at all. Her behavior was simple unacceptable. She doesn't deserve to work for Post Shop or Kiwi Bank. She needs to learn some manners and people skills first.

Had the worst experience ever at this post shop, service is extremely slow. I'd recommend people to go to the male on the counter not the lady

We went for money transfer. Bad customer experience. Staff were very rude, especially Riya. She kept demanding us for stuff and was being unfair to my mother. She should get customer service training. Very bad experience.

STAFF NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. Their face expressions and tone of voice is so BAD. Paid for an overnight delivery and instead of telling me that I have missed the pickup for the day they charged me. Followed up with them after 2 days and instead of acknowledging they're in the wrong and mistakes happen, they try to argue which made the situation bad I wanted to punch someone in the face.

Can be busy. I understand that. They put up a sign explaining why they short staff, which was great. The guy who serves lotto counter, also came over to post to help after he was finished with his customers. Great job there :) I do advised finding more staff to have on hand, incase of emergencies. Especially for the long line that waits for kiwi bnk and postage.

Highly irresponsible staff, didn't scan my courier docs having passport and Misplaced. Then in cold blooded voice said they can't help as they don't have any records with them and asked me to apply new as they can't track showing no customer service and respect and sorry for there conduct. . AVOID AT ALL COST

Giggle irresponsible staff, didn't scan my courier docs having passport and Misplaced. Then in cold blooded voice said they can't help as they don't have any records with them and asked me to apply new as they can't track showing no customer service and respect and sorry for there conduct. Don't go to lady at the counter at all she don't have any sense of customer service, has cold and astonished behavior towards your request and always ready with excuses. Seems foul play at her part. Will never recommend anyone to this NZ post shop. Highly not recommend. Avoid at all cost.
