Great advice for me as a newbie to snowboarding, totally genuine and not trying to sell anything that wouldnt be suitable for me. gutted I couldn’t fit in the time to visit again but when im back in queenstown I will definitely visit again, thankyou for your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big thanks to Jase, John and Max at NZ Shred for being absolute champions. A couple of years ago through no fault of NZ Shred I had a product problem. I've only had a chance to return to Queenstown now and through the 2 years I was looked after all the way by NZ Shred until the replacement could be made. Can't rate the service higher. Have a great season guys, see you next year!

His staff are equally impressive and even after mentioning I was just browsing, I was still given thorough walk throughs of products and their features. You guys rock! Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, unfriendly staff. Had a defect on a piece of clothing and the European lady (maybe french?) was flat out rude to me. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
Guy in the snow bib and girl from the UK were awesome though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team here are really knowledgeable. From simply browsing to purchasing clothing, stickers, new bindings, boots and a board. They set the new bindings up on my old board and set another pair of new bindings up on the new board. We will be buying all our gear from here from now on as they have a massive selection and will make sure that you get it right the first time. Thanks team for being awesome.
