β β β β β Love this place. I went this evening and it was quiet and had a good atmosphere. Staffs were very friendly and kind. Food is absolutely great. We had fish taco, pork sliders, bucket of prawns and mango smoothies. We loved all of them.
Thanks for great dinner =)
I might try something different next time !

β β β β β Went to this place last Sat night for a steak meal and to watch rugby, nearly didnt since there was hardly anyone in there but thought we'd give them a shot. Young lady didnt know how to make a drink, didnt know what dry was and when asked for a taller glass, I eventually got the tallest glass in town with no ice and flat dry. Her excuse was she had only just started 4 days ago but found out it was four weeks. Both steaks were suppose to be med rare they were like rubber, garlic bread was forgotten and when we complained we were told by another young lady, they get lots of complaints about the steak. Shocking!

β β β β β Cute, cosy place but average food. Two of our party ordered steaks, medium rare. One come out raw ... Not even blue. The rest of the meals were fine. When ask to send back the undercooked steak, the waiter made a comment about the chef. She claimed to be being honest, however it was inappropriate for customer ears.
Overall the experience was ok but not a place I'd recommend.

β β β β β We attended for a family dinner out. We were a little taken back when we were told that the menu and also drinks list were out of date so it was hard to know what was available. The staff were all very casual and just hung around the bar. The meals came out and they all looked good. The steak meals were fine but the ribs were very oily and the coleslaw that was with it tasted like it was off. The one person who had this has now come down with food poisoning overnight. The bathrooms were revolting and we were told sorry we have been busy tonight and not had the chance to clean themβ¦it was definitely more than one clean that had been missed. Had we been to the bathroom when we first got there we would not have eaten there due to how dirty they were.

Was not happy though when we discovered that because we were First Table on some of the items we were charged full price not the discounted price as it should have been. The staff who were running the till became quite belligerent when asked to explain why - really put quite a damper on the evening. Would I recommend - based on the latter no!

β β β β β This place is quite cozy and welcoming but the food is a bit over priced for what you actually get on your plate. The bar snacks are over cooked frozen packet food from the closet shop. The steaks are overcooked no matter how many times you order it and the meals get forgotten. However the staff are always all lovely and the customer service is better than some places

β β β β β Booked dinner in advance for our whΔnau (including a 3yr old). Arrived in time for our booking at 7. Wasnβt served until 7.20. We then were informed the chef has closed the kitchen early at 7.30, despite it being advertised as closed at 8. The chef refused to see us to discuss options. The waitress was lovey however. It was sad to see her having to manage dissatisfied customers. There we many other tables who had complaints.
