The only shop running with a non qualified technician..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever. Giving a one star because can't give zero. Took my laptop in to get screen hinge repaired. Was told it would take three weeks for the part to arrive from overseas. But would be an easy fix once part arrived. Allowed him over four weeks before calling for an update as had not heard anything. However, even after several calls and several messages left over the course of nearly two weeks - no response. Tried calling in to the shop in person, however, it was always closed. He did finally pick up only to inform me that the part arrived but that he had not got around to actually fixing it yet. Told him I just wanted my laptop back to take my business elsewhere. Told me he would be in shop the next morning and would call me. I turned up at the shop the next morning only to find it closed. Tried calling several times to no avail. Eventually got my laptop back (in worse condition than when I brought it in) nearly two months later since first dropping it off. However, he had lost my charger. Said he would drop it off to my place of work. Another four weeks later, still waiting for my charger...Don't waste your time here. Also, pretty sure most these reviews are from himself or his family...
