★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Mark for a second opinion on my Macbook. He explained the problem in a very clear and understandable way and even provided me photo's of the damage. The repair was fast and very reasonably priced, a lot cheaper than my first option (which would be 3x more than what Mark charged). I am really grateful. If you don't know jack about computers it's nice if someone spends a little extra time to help you understand. Mark is the best.

Checked comp and disabled redundant programs running in the background.
Didn’t baffle me with tech speak and so stress free having comp issues sorted at my own place.

Mark replaced a battery on my MacBook Air as well as completing a more complex repair on my partner's laptop. He's very knowledgable, highly efficient, and great at communicating where things are at with respect to diagnosing the problem, ordering in parts, etc. Can't recommend him enough!

I sent them an email about my MacBook battery at 9am on a Sunday morning, not expecting a reply until Monday, and they replied about 5 minutes later with an outline of what the issue was and a (very reasonable) quote. The service was outstanding, Mark was very helpful, friendly, and super knowledgeable - will definitely be going back there for all my computer issues! I am very grateful for all his assistance.
