Very good place, try not to take the 1 Review 1 star bandits too seriously. This place is all good. Very friendly and helpful, had several phones fixed here over the years and an iwatch recently too. Good turn around time and good communication. Prices as expected for phone repairs. Try them out, they definitely know what they’re doing, I’ll be back again. Other phone shops I’d been too were nothing like. Have extensive range of covers too, I’ve got3 for my iPhone from there. Kia ora.

I bring my phone in to get the lcd and screen replaced because I accidentally cut it a little at work. This took like about a month for some reason… then somehow they messed up my gps (it was saying I was like 100-200m away from where I actually was) and said it was because of drop damage which was bs because it was working fine before I brang it in and I rarely ever drop my phone. Now 1 month later with no drops or anything, the screen stops working and I am left feeling cheated. All up I have almost spent the price of the phone trying to get it fixed. DO NOT RECOMMEND OMNI TECH! 0/5 stars

I bought an electric scooter off this company through 'The Market'. When I read the specs online it said it had 3 gears . The low gear up to 8km/hr, the 2nd gear up to 10km/hr and the 3rd gear up to 12km/hr. But when I got the scooter, I noticed it only had 2 gears. The first gear at 8km/hr and the second and last gear at 10km/hr. Its a nice scooter costing $279, but it wasn't what I ordered. In fact, there are a number of these scooters for sale. Segway A6 Kids' Electric Kick Scooter. You cant even find a two geared version. Im not sure how I ended up with one. They obviously offloaded some obsolete model on me. When I went through the enquiries process, you have to go through 'The Market'. Beware. The Market takes no responsibility for the product. They reach out to the supplier. When the supplier finally got back to the Market, there was no recourse, no compensation, no exchange. Hence the bad rating.

These guys are not honest. I called ahead to make sure that they had a genuine samsung s10plus battery as a replacement. They checked and said that it was in stock. When I arrived I asked to see the battery to make sure it was genuine as there have been a lot of bad reviews on Google. They bought out a samsung battery for another phone and tried to pass it off as a s10 plus. When i queried that they finally admitted they only had knock-off batteries after all. Dodgy dodgy.....beware!

Screen repair job took 3 tries (and counting). The display stopped working within a week of installation, twice. Fixed for free, but uncertain how long it will last this time...

Would not recommend, they probably dont have what you need anyway... I went into the Henderson store today to get a glass protective screen put on to my Galaxy S10, and the guy behind the counter told me that they don't stock S10 screen protectors of any kind, and that the S10 is considered too old. Even though the model is only 3 years old and still widely used.. Their customer service needs improving

I wish I had read the review left 2 months ago... Let me list the issues I experienced: 1. These guys damaged my phone while under repair to the point of having to buy a new one. They said that the internal antennae was damaged while removing the cracked screen. They said it would cost too much to repair and it would be uneconomical to fix it. 2. I left my email address with the New Lynn store to send me an update on my phone, which was agreed to. I never received one update. This resulted in me driving to the store twice as I was told my phone would be ready on Wednesday and today. 3. Today, my phone was not at the New Lynn store as promised and I had to drive to the Henderson store to pick up my damaged phone to retrieve the sim card. 4. I drive back home to transfer my company sim card to the new phone and find that they had given me someone else's sim card. I am self-employed and run my own consultancy business. I don't have time to do their job, but it was expected. Business is already hard to find during times of covid. I need to be spending every hour finding new business. I have sunk close to 3 hours and over 50km doing their job for them. Absolutely Mickey Mouse. 0/5 just stay away from them.
