The best however was today, when thanks to having Omninets' affordable and effective back up in place, Omninet was able to restore a whole Google folder that I had accidentally deleted over a month ago. A big "Phew!" and a big thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this business! They were completely negligent and shared our login information and company data with ex staff members on their phones. They charged us for software licences in advance which we did not use when we told them we did not want their services after their blunder, which then lodged a debt on Equifax to affect our credit rating. Warning - if you want your company data safe and secure do not entrust your business with Omninet. The Director Brent Ingram has never apologised nor acknowledged his staff's errors which staff kept changing then disappearing. Four years later he is refusing to remove the debt listing for $126 and he places no value on the data we lost or the breach of our customers privacy, or our private data being shared!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A telephone service provider that is helpful , listens, calls back and is based in NZ - yes it does exist! and I cannot be more happy with our dealings with them. Due to adopting Starlink to get a reasonable internet service we wanted to keep our old land line number and they provided VOIP to do this. Their technical support was excellent - they provided a test phone to check everything would work via Starlink before we committed and proceeded with the final set up. The technical support person was most helpful and they respond to requests for help almost immediately.
