β β β β β I received great service from my experience at OPSM Newmarket. Annalise helped with the measurements and frame selection for my glasses and I couldn't be more pleased. I am an indecisive shopper so her patience was of utmost help. Jennifer carried out my eye tests and although I was slow to answer questions, she still managed to work fast and maintain her patience. OPSM Newmarket is definitely my new place for eye care!

β β β β β Booked for an eye test scheduled at 16:00, arrived at the shop at 16:02; was then informed the next customer came early so they did her first and I had to rebook for another test. Oh and they said this was also because I came late.
Would never forget such ridiculous service ?

β β β β β Superattentive service and my new prescription glasses arrived in under a week. Jennifer was great and very friendly and detail oriented. She was also a great mentor to the optometrist student who came in to assess my prescription. Highly recommend

β β β β β I have decided to have my eyes checked for the first time in 2021 after lockdown. The first impression was great, I decided to buy 2 frames one being Chanel frame and was misinformed that I could buy the chain separately later. I went to Chanel store and queried about buying the chain separately and they said there is no way Chanel store would have advised that to their clients... there is no way you could buy a chain separately. You have to buy the chain with the frame...so I went back to OPSM New Market and staff just brushed me off like there is no need for me to get the chain, just stick with what I have. This was the kind of customer service I received. I had no problem with optometrist she is lovely and very educational. I ended up with a Chanel frame with no chain I wanted.

β β β β β Fantastic experience! My optometrist Jennifer Chen was very professional and had excellent attention to detail. Shay, the manager was very welcoming and lovely. The entire process was on time and smooth. I would definitely come again!

β β β β β My experience was one of the best I have had with an optometrist in 20 years of needing glasses. The eye examination was a delight, with helpful explanations for what was being checked and what factors went into making decisions about the correct perscription, which is something no optician had thought to share with me before. The sales staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and to cap it off one of the cheaper visits I have made to an optician.

β β β β β Top service from great team at Newmarket. Each interaction youβre addressed by first name - big deal you say? It is when you have an unusual one and they remember even when calling over the phone to follow up whereabouts of new glasses.
Informed through the whole process. Follow up and updates were appreciated.
Pick up of glasses was very quick and I didnβt need to wait weeks for them.
Great selection of frames. Store very comfy and always clean.
Professional staff who are dedicated to giving you undivided attention and time.
